Dial 112 from any type of phone, an operator at the Emergency Dispatch Center will answer your call. Stay calm and give the operator all the details concerning your request: it's important to tell the operator what happened, where the accident has taken place, how many people are involved, the type of injuries or emergency situations and who is making the call. The operator will immediately send the proper personnel and assistance.
