SNOW SCOOTS, THE LATEST FREERIDE TREND ON THE SLOPES!

It's not a snowboard and it's definitely not a bike. Actually, it's a bit of both. A snow scoot is the latest bike and snow crossover that satisfies both cyclists and skiers. Instead of wheels, it's got two boards that are similar to a snowboard, one in the front and one in the back, it has a BMX frame and a handlebar to steer and change direction.

Discover just what it feels like to ride over the snow on the slopes in the Skiarea Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Val di Sole Val Rendena. Snow scoots, created in France during the 90's, have just lately become a popular winter sport. Carve, ride, skid. It's perfect for all ages and learning to use a snow scoot is easy. After only a few lessons, you'll be ready to hit the slopes.

Don't miss out on the chance to give it a try. In Madonna di Campiglio and Folgarida Marilleva, you can take a snow scoot on the following lifts:

  • Pradalago gondola lift
  • 5 Laghi gondola lift
  • Spinale gondola lift
  • Grostè gondola lift 1st and 2nd section
  • Fortini gondola lift
  • Folgarida gondola lift
  • Belvedere gondola lift
  • Marilleva 900 gondola lift
  • Albarè gondola lift
  • Panciana gondola lift
  • Daolasa gondola lift 1st and 2nd section

It is not permitted to transport snowbikes on chairlifts or on surface lifts.

In Madonna di Campiglio and Folgarida Marilleva, snow scoots can only be used on blue and red slopes. Not allowed on black slopes.
