You can cancel up to 24 hours before and you'll receive a credit note in your wallet equal to the same amount that can be redeemed online, by accessing your personal account, prior to the end of the following winter season.

Purchases made online can be cancelled partially or fully.
How does it work
- STEP 1: Go to the online shop and log in to your account.
- STEP 2: cancel your order. Click on the following button: "Order Cancellation Request".
- STEP 3: you can select to cancel either 1 or even all of the tickets in your order.
- STEP 4: receiving a credit note. Once cancellation has been completed, you will automatically receive a credit note equal to the amount that has been cancelled. This credit note will be added to your virtual wallet and you can use your credit, only on the online shop where it was issued, right up until the end of the following winter season.

How to use your credit/wallet
- STEP 1: make a new purchase.
- STEP 2: confirm the articles in your shopping cart and provide all the required information.
- STEP 3: when completing your purchase, click on "Wallet Credit” among the various purchase options available.
- If the total amount of your new purchase is greater than the amount that has been credited, you will need to pay the price difference.
- If the total amount of your new purchase is less than the amount that has been credited, the remaining amount can be used for future purchases made before the end of the following winter season. - STEP 4: using credit. You can use your credit either partially or in full, to purchase tickets for you or others, but only from your account.
- STEP 5: credit expiration date. Please remember that credit will only be valid up until the end of the following winter season after which the purchase was made and it can no longer be used after this date.
