Casa da mont Davre

Situated at approximately 800 meters above sea level and recently renovated, it is easily accessible by car and only a 10-minute drive from Tione di Trento and just under 500 meters from the beautiful Santuario Madonna del Lares. Very close to the cabin is a majestic ancient beech tree called “Faggio di Dos Borel,” over thirty meters tall and believed to be at least three hundred years old.

In less than an hour, you can reach the main tourist spots of Western Trentino: Pinzolo/Madonna di Campiglio – Dolomiti di Brenta UNESCO World Heritage Site, Andalo, the Lakes of Tenno, Molveno, Garda, and Ledro, and the city of Trento. Additionally, the largest adventure park in Trentino, the Breg Adventure Park in Val di Breguzzo, is just a 20-minute drive away.

Nearby the cabin, there are numerous trekking, mountain biking, and high-altitude hiking trails. Runners can train on a beautiful 5-kilometer circuit through the woods that starts right from the cabin.

The house is divided into three levels. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen (with a gas stove and refrigerator with freezer compartment) combined with a fully equipped and meticulously furnished dining room, where you can relax to the crackling of the wood fireplace. There is also a small storage room.

Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with a double bed and another double bedroom with single beds. There is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and bidet. Also on the first floor is a small room with a table, chair, and window, ideal for smart working.

On the upper floor, there is also a small larch wood terrace with a table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation.

In the basement, there is a second larger bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a laundry room.

Outside, the property is surrounded by greenery, and at the entrance, there is a long solid wood table, ideal for enjoying summer lunches and dinners.

Staying at the Davre cabin allows you to enjoy mountain life without sacrificing any comfort: the property is connected to the public water supply and electricity grid. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler. The property has a high-speed Internet connection.

Dishes, cutlery, and bath/bed linens are provided. There is good external phone coverage.

If needed, to warm up on cool early/late season evenings, you can use the thermal cooker and fireplace.

There is also an outdoor fountain with spring water (not from the public water supply).

And for a special evening? The Ristorante Pizzeria “La Contea” in Bolbeno is only 2.5 km away and offers local products of the highest quality from Trentino.
