TRAINING PARK - MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO
Located near Rifugio Graffer at Grostè, the Training Park is a dedicated area where you can practice using an avalanche transceiver (ARTVA) in various rescue scenarios, from locating a single person to managing multiple signals in complex situations.
The park features 10 permanently installed transmitters, which can be activated in random configurations of 1 to 5 signals to simulate real-life rescue scenarios. The park is open daily and can be accessed via ski touring and hiking trails leading to Rifugio Graffer, or by taking the Grostè Cable Car. Night access is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays (17 Dec 2024 – 3 April 2025) when the ski touring route is open for night excursions. You can explore the Training Park independently or with a certified Alpine Guide for professional instruction.
The Training Park is a great opportunity for anyone looking to develop practical skills in avalanche rescue techniques and the use of emergency equipment.
