Purchases made online can be cancelled partially or in full.

A ticket valid on December 16th, can be cancelled up to December 14th at 23:59

Equal to the same value of the tickets previously purchased and then cancelled.

Only tickets that have been purchased online can be cancelled.

To cancel your order just follow these simple steps!

How does it work

STEP 1: Go to the online webshop and log in to your account.
STEP 2: cancel your order. Click on the following button: "Order Cancellation Request".
STEP 3: you can select to cancel either 1 or even all of the tickets in your order.
STEP 4: receiving the voucher. When cancellation has been completed, you will automatically receive a voucher equal to the amount that has been cancelled. This voucher will be credited to your virtual wallet and you can use your credit only on the webshop where your voucher has been issued right up until the end of the following winter season.

How to use your credit/wallet

STEP 1: make a new purchase.
STEP 2: confirm the articles in your shopping cart and provide all required information.
STEP 3: when completing your purchase, click on "Wallet Credit” among the various purchase options available.
- If the total amount of your new purchase is greater than the amount that has been credited, you will need to pay the price difference.
- If the total amount of your new purchase is less than the amount that has been credited, the remaining amount can be used for future purchases made before the end of the following winter season.
STEP 4: using credit. You can use your credit either partially or in full, to purchase tickets for you or others, but only from your account.
STEP 5: credit expiry date. Please remember that credit will only be valid up to the end of the following winter season after which the purchase was made and it can no longer be used after this date.
